ABOUT ABOUT

Fun hands-on learning on the farm!

One of our favorite things to do here at Flinchbaugh’s Orchard is to teach others – especially children – how our foods are grown. Our wonderful staff love children (and adults who love to learn!) and enjoy teaching about how our orchard and farm operates. The interactive lessons we provide help teachers meet the educational objectives of their curriculum in a fun and exciting way.

Fall Fun Tour Options (Choose 1 of the following 5 great options)

Fall Fun Tour: $5 per person (child and adult).  Each tour includes a 90 minuted guided walking tour of our farm, with stops at various interactive stations including the corn field, pumpkin patch, pig barn, honeybee hives and of course, the apple orchard.  Kids and adults can each pick their perfect apple right from the tree.  The tour concludes with snack (cup of cider, pretzels and fresh sliced apples) time under our Orchard Pavilion.  Free play time is permitted in our Straw Bale Jungle Gym at the conclusion of the tour.

Fall Fun Tour & Wagon Ride: $7 per person (child and adult).  This option includes the Fall Fun Tour as described above, and a 10-15 minute wagon ride.

Fall Fun Tour & Pumpkin Picking:  $7 per person (child and adult).  This option includes the Fall Fun Tour as described above, and pick your own small pumpkin (the size of child's soccer ball) in our pumpkin patch.

Fall Fun Tour & Wagon Ride & Pumpkin Picking: $9 per person (child and adult).  This option includes the Fall Fun Tour as described above, plus a 10-15 minute wagon ride and pick your own small pumpkin (the size of child's soccer ball) in our pumpkin patch.

Corn Maze: $4 per person (child and adult).  Your group can add the Corn Maze onto any visit, or enjoy it singly any day of the week. Plan for 30-75 minutes in the Corn Maze.

Custom Fall Farm Visit: Flinchbaugh's Orchard is happy to customize any visit to your group's needs!  Chat with Julie or Becky at (717)252-2540 to create the best visit for you.
